Just to let you know that you should cut the plant before they make beans or peas because when the plant makes the bean it uses up the nitrogen that it would let into the soil . It has little nodules on the root that stores the nitrogen which I think is really cool, you should pull one up and take a look at it when the plant is full grown. I truly enjoy your show and have learned so very much from you so I wanted to pass this useful information onto you. God Bless Kim

when I had a garden, I didn't even know what purslane was, and didn't ask the universe for it, and I got tons of it, too. Then the garden association told me I had to weed or I would lose my plot!

It is looking beautiful!

I would recommend not walking on your beds. It compacts the soil. If you've made your beds alittle too wide to reach all areas from the path, then place some flat stones inside that you can you as footsteps. Your soil with stay much healhtier.

~ my suggestion ~ do nitrogen fixing on one planting area ~ i think that you should listen 2 your eagerness to get planting and GO GIRL GETT PLANTING those lovely plants ~ so much more fun than planting all nigtrogen fixers ~ good that u r applying your kowledge , but the universe wants u 2 have maximum fun so a bit of both i feel is in order :~ much love 2 both of u xx ~ going with thf :~

Wow, been waiting for weeks to see your finished beds, they look wonderful. Can't wait to see everything grow. Thank you for the tips also. i am addicted to my garden right now, i even managed to bring this poor dead lemon tree to life and the smell from the blossoms are amazing. Beautiful garden! Angela seems to be having sooo much fun with it, congrats! Nice furniture too! After it finished airing out you should think about getting a table and chairs to keep outside so that you can eat meals out there on the porch ~ lovely :-)
