It would have been much more impressive if you had played more leads. Anyone can palm-mute some breakdowns, and honestly, the rhythms in this song are really not that complex. The leads I did hear we're very good though.

@connykrieger13 Lol, I would have to say that the rhythms in this song aren't exactly simplistic. I wouldn't say they are the hardest rhythms I've ever heard, but it doesn't matter the complexity as long as it fits the mold and feel for a song. I can't imagine this song being different rhythmically it would sound completely foreign to me. I think that they have mastered their craft with this album.

It's probably been asked hundreds of times, but how long have you been playing guitar for..? I've been playing for 3 and a half years and can just about manage (for example) the main Master of Puppets solo... just trying to figure out how long it's gonna take before I get to the same awesome level of playing you're at =) Keep rocking man!

@kirkpetrucci It's no good to try to tap down everything I noticed, but most of it is in the transition between riffs, most often that is, it seems like your timing just falls off just a bit, and then you get back into it after a couple of beats. And it's not at full parts, just here and there you bump out a bit. Crazy timings in this song, I know But I'm not saying you are bad at rythms, I've bought your Nociceptor stuff, and it's actually my favourite album ever. Good luck dude!

@Demeroth It's an Ibanez RG7420. One of the older models. Definitely not a baritone guitar. It has a smaller neck than most guitars actually.

@ConceptsProject haha, I didn't try to recreate it. It's the album tone that I made for the latest Threat Signal album. Just tweaked a tiiiiiny bit. People also think that I tried to copy the lead tone from this album in my other latest videos, but it's just my live lead tone :P. I guess I just have a similar ear for tone as the guys in this band.
