If not for THPS idk what i would have ended up listening to as an adult... Seriously, the music on these sound tracks got me into so much other music, a lot of it from friends saying "Oh if you like that then you'll like..." and it branched out, i mean from Frank SInatra to Morbid Angel to Mischief Brew, I listen to almost everything there is. Classic blues/rock and Progressive Rock became my favorites but I love all music thanks to these games.

I did write majority, not all. Z. Brezinski, who works in upper gov't positions, described TV and sports as providing an opiate for an increasingly purposeless mass. If your into Graffin's stuff, that's great. Check out Noam Chomsky. He's a Phd and university prof. Written many books, did a DVD lecture on Epitaph. He has many You tube videos and talks about this type stuff. Not to imply that I have never played a video game or watched TV, but it is a vice and better to be aware of this. Cheers.

@51ckness Why is that sad? The fact that the game introduced a great band to a much wider audience so their music can be appreciated by more people is surely a good thing. Had I not played the game and heard this song I would probably never have heard of Bad Religion, now one of, if not my favourite, bands. Music is music, regardless of the source and, to be honest, you're coming off as a bit of a snob to me. (I liked the 2nd half of your comment though.)

I thought this was catchy when I first heard it but whenever I started to actually listen to the lyrics and the meaning, I appreciated Bad Religion even more. Surely it's better that kids today are listening to this than the shit currently being pushed to them. And I resent the idea that TV/Games and reading books are mutually exclusive, in fact I'm half way through Graffin's book now.

Thumbs up if THPS2 made you love bad religion. THPS2 i thought was cool, but after hearing this song just "once" everytime after that it was a friggin treat to hear it every time while playing the game and waiting for "there's a place where everyone can be happy" and hearing it made me smile and still to this day.
