  • @StrangeSoundsInfo learn the truth about Jesus; he is not God/son of God.

  • What a waste of time.

  • @nothingnesswithouten And probably another 25 by posting a comment about it, depending on how hast you type

  • I have a feeling this guy got beat up a lot as a kid.

  • I think he said "cabbies", he travels a lot so maybe he takes a lot of cabs?

  • wow he loves cannabis

  • @elneto7 No he said in a lecture with ram dass he only consumed Cannabis once, it was like maple syrup for the mind. lol

  • lmao, was this necessary lol funny but pointless god bless friend

  • Then go back to your cabin and stop telling us people who like civilization that thinking is a selfish activity. Thinking is what allows democracy to be informed, empathetic, and appropriate towards reality.

  • @theseanze forgive me for judging you, but you're pretty far gone man. What reality are you talking about? yours? New York City's? The United States? There are countless realities, countless unique worlds being experienced simultaneously on this planet, who are you to selfishly decide there is one reality? If you think thinking is so effective, why is democracy and government and civilization in general so dysfunctional?

  • @MrTofur99 -- I'm about as far gone as Socrates...which is pretty bad if you take the position of these New Age guru types. Tell me how NYC refers to a particular reality, the U.S. or any individual's. How are you defining reality? If you mean different experiences and understandings of those experiences, you're mostly right but I fail to see where this "countless realities" hypothesis turns into reality. What is unique? In which reality is our government dysfunctional?

  • @theseanze what I meant is that each person has their own reality, essentially seeing and experiencing a different world than anyone else. Obama is in a totally different reality than me, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. Just something to take into account and recognize and I don't think people do. NYC definitely operates in its own reality, you ever been there? it's like a whole different vibe, people start acting similarly, see things certain ways, etc. just a hypothesis tho, lol

  • @MrTofur99 -- I take your point, but the problem is you fans of Tolle and the like act like normal people don't already recognize that. We don't live in different worlds, we have different experiences within one large world, and the brain responds to experience by forming beliefs/habits/opinions. I think the reason politicians homogenize is they think they're experts, either that or the lobby money turns them into puppets. This is why we need more engagement in the world, not "mindfulness."

  • @theseanze I am a very normal person, I also happen to meditate on a daily basis like a lot of normal people do. You don't have to be a tree hugging hippie weirdo to appreciate the benefits of meditation and developing more inner peace and stillness. its not hypnosis. In fact it helps me keep a clear view of the world around me and act less impulsively and emotionally. You should try it instead of condemning it on general principle because your a normal person. Or don't, I don't really care...

  • @MrTofur99 -- The reason people even use "tree-hugging hippie" as an insult is because some people think that awareness means not being caught up in any moral conviction other than self interest. I have a degree in religious studies and have had a few really wonderful experiences of self-realization through meditation or similar states of mind, but all I'm trying to say is where I'm coming from, being at peace in yourself doesn't mean being aware of larger issues that smart people can solve.

  • @theseanze also these new age guru types are just re-saying what very wise people have been saying for thousands of years, its nothing new.Just a different flavor of it, in general they're more concentrated on the mind and thought and their relationship to the world we experience, less on the inner stillness and space that is just beyond the mind. All very interesting!! our government definitely could be worse but i think a lot of sitting politicians think too alike, all play in the same reality

  • @MrTofur99 -- By engagement I mean telling your representative or senator, etc... what you think and not expecting them to do their job by being left alone to their own "world". And when you don't know what you think, you should be reading the news and being aware of the impact of policies on our daily lives. Democracy is about challenging power in a continuing conversation. In my opinion Tolle advises us to withdraw from conversation. Nevertheless I think he's very good at relaxing hypnosis.

  • I LOVE cabbage too!

    I am enlightened, hurray!!!

  • @EvenStar303 what about brocolli. Brocolli mocks me.

    THE BROCOLLI MUST DIE

  • brilliant satsang.

  • must have been cabinz

  • it does sound a bit like he's going to say "but" though. So I'm still not quite convinced that he really loves cabins.. I sure hope he does though, if he didn't it would have been a pity. I myself love cabins, and I'll tell you, loving cabins is just great!

  • Eckart Tolle is a wonderful example of living Christ consciousness.

  • It's methane. Cabbage Shit. Those who didn't pay will burn in Hell. For enternity.

  • Listen you, morons, I have found the secret to human consciousness, and immortality. But first pay your entrance fee.

  • @MyAntijesus OK, I'll give you a Dollar.

  • @MyAntijesus I understand the desire to have these lessons free. They are free. First of all they're free because life gives them to us with a spiritual teacher or without one. It's called the everyday humbling. Second though, they are free because we have youtube and wonderful satsangs such as this one on cabins. I understand the ridicule feeling though. Like what if Jesus had charged admission at the sermon on the mount? Everyone's gotta' live though. I'm glad for him.

  • At least this was good for a laugh.

  • @shadowheart52 No, you missed the point. This is serious stuff. Just listen carefully in between the words. The secret is in there!

  • Good! We will sell that.

  • Cabbagehead!

  • I understand. I also love cabins. :)

  • hehe.. cabbage

  • Lol

  • That's just as deep as the other mumbo jumbo he spits out.
