@FinalSmashBrother in most ways. If you sit in a movie theater and start talking to your friend about how great Jesus is, people will get angry. If you sit in a movie theater with your friend and whip out your penis, people will also get angry. What about when extremists say believe in my faith or I'll kill you? Some people spent their life savings on under ground bunkers in case they weren't raptures. Where are those people today? Hundreds of thousands dollars in debt because if religion. Religion destroys lives by disappointing peoples beliefs and throwing them in debt, and a penis can destroy lives by getting 16 year old girls pregnant, forcing her out of school

@dclaver2 Only about 1/3rd of Christians believed that, rest rejected it (for Biblical reasons), and why are you putting it on religion? lo Everyone does something dumb with money at least once in there lives, it was there fault. Religion if seen correctly will not disappoint at all times, things come like greater.
Of course the 16 year old couple can still support each other and some schools support pregnant kids, and she could always live in simpler houses, & travel in buses or walk.

@FinalSmashBrother Nope they aren't a couple. The girl went on vacation with her family on a cruise ship, got knocked up by a bunch of guys and they don't know who the father is. If you are a single teenage mother, you are living with your parents or on your own on welfare. Not everyone will waste their life savings on something so stupid. Some people invest it in something stupid. The time I wasted money was spending $100 on shoes that was defective and i couldn't get my money back. That's it.

It's good to have, good to be proud of but don't parade it in public or shove it down people's throats, especially children because if you do, bad shit will happen.

'm normally feel sorry for such people....
but i'm just wondering, how the hell can these believe enough in the rapture to make a bunker, but seemingly not enough in the supposed unlimited power of their god to think a bunker would be able to save them from that very same god, lol, that's just ridiculous.

If there existed evidence for the supernatural, i.e. (god, spirits, souls) such material would be present in the science books, but guess what....there isn`t any. Gods are fiction. Creations of man. Ignorance and miseducation breeds superstition. Any rational, logical, skeptical human being who applies those critical thinking skills inwardly to their own beliefs/core values would inevitably reach the conclusion that god doesn`t exist.

There is no evidence of intelligent design in life. The process of life and changing forms (abiogenesis and evolution) which is complex has already been explained by science (microbiology, genetics, chemistry ). We know how life began and changed through natural means. There exists NO evidence for intelligent design since life has been explained scientifically. God is a fictional character in a fairy tale written by desert nomads who knew nothing about the natural world and so made shit up.

Many people ask, where did the universe come from? Creationists respond with...God created the universe. I would ask, where did god come from? They respond with either - God created himself or God always existed. To which I respond - then why couldn`t the universe have created itself or always existed? Who says that there needed to be an intelligent designer? Those who don`t understand how complex forms occur naturally are left in the dark and just enter a default explanation, "it was god."

The multiverse theory, big bang theory, string theory - there exists no evidence for it. But there exists evidence that points to it. Through quantum physics, we have been able to mathematically identify the characteristics and properties of quantum singularities. Such equations were proven true when we successfully created/tested the hedron collider and particle accelorator, which yielded information that further allows us to understand how the universe works. Guess what? No sign of god.
