It is actually working! Take care after you do all he says, to Sync Ringtones from your iTunes. And after this, the ringtone will appear in the iphone in the ringtones section, under a new category named Custom.

@Fruphia When your iphone is plugged in, go to the ringtones tab and make sure the box is checked.

@Fruphia follow the steps.. open up ur iTunes in ur comp,Go to iPhone (or watever name u renamed it) in ur iTunes, den select the ringtones tab and tick the cage for the ''Syncronize Ringtones'' ..now u can sync it with ur iPhone...so u wil actually c the ring tone in ur phone!!
