Well... First of all, that eclipse isnt runnin 410 to the wheels. No way. That's almost 500 crank hp. Not unless he has a LOT done to it, and more than 17 psi. I have one. Not gonna happen like that. But in his defense it doesnt weigh much either. The civic is definitely light, but so is an eclipse and the civic isnt gonna be 700+ lbs lighter than the eclipse. That would make it an even race. Actually the GS-T weighs 2921 without all the extra cosmetics and the civic weighs 2295 right from the factory. The horsepower of both cars are estimated according to the video, thats an issue right there as well...however based off of those numbers the civic does have a better weight to power ratio.
