Being a big fan of Dr. Who in the USA, it's great to be able to see the previews. We have BBC America , however the season of Dr. Who right now we do not get until the following year. I am still disappointed that David Tennant is leaving.
the bbc doesnt show online content outside uk because its funded by uk liscence fee payers and not commercials (by law) and showing content outside the uk would be too great a cost. Unfortunately, the same is true in the UK, we arent allowed services such as fox on demand or Hulu. In fact you have much more content available online in the US

Apparently in July-ish. BBC America have now got the rights instead of Sci-Fi - so expect The Next Doctor in June too...
