The movies industry in SA has flourished and continues to reflect South African stories. Just as there would be romance or murder stories coming out of the UK, US or Germany, SA collaborates with whomever they choose to produce movies. Rememeber stories are excatly that, fictitious stories. So stop taking movies too far e.g. a vampire movie set in new York: Does it mean that there are vampires in the US? Enjoy movies from Africa for what they are. Entertainment. Relax and enjoy the SA story.
