@TheLilBlackStar also if you think theyre intent on causng trouble- type in 'undercover police enjoy maggot cake'- thats clearly violent, peace breaching behaviour isnt it....
@TheLilBlackStar Flash mobs have more in common with street theatre than with riots. They're impromptu gatherings of people, usually organised at short notice, for entertainment, satire or (more and more frequently) for mainstream advertising. Wikipedia has a good overview.
@TheLilBlackStar does that mean the organiser of the t-mobile flashmobs or the other highprofile ones should be arrested? are they breaching the peace?
Agree with newsmary. This was supposed to be a creative, alternative free assembly in soho square to make fun of the royal wedding!! it's scary that the police took it so seriously. that's why I didn't see anyone when I went down there. they had all been incarcerated!! Silvia Effe
Flash mob is a group of people meeting up, just like a football match, meeting up in groups is not a crime, and is only a breach of the peace if you are acutally breaching the peace! Lilblackstar, you need to understand what you are commenting on before you start typing!
2:09 Didn't get much sense out of them? Now there's a surprise.

If you have a penis you must be arrested because you might one day rape women, you know as a precautionary measure.
It's all 100% sensible.
I'm thinking another idea is arrest all scientists NOW because they could one day create something that destroys the whole universe.
Better safe than sorry.

"flashmob ist disturbing peace" - only if you misinterpret "public peace" with "public unconsciousness".

Actually you went there with the intent to participate in a Flash mob,
yeah flash mobs = disturbing the peace = arrested
what ever site you heard about this from Obviously the police found out.
TheLilBlackStar 10 months ago
@TheLilBlackStar Er, flash mobs aren't automatically disturbing the peace.
