What does it matter? Well I imagine it matters to Donald Shaw who took the time and effort to compose the tune. I imagine it also matters to his bank balance if he is not credited properly on the album and then doesn't get the PRS money.
If you are playing in a session and you get the name of a tune wrong or do not know the name then it doesn't really matter at all. When you are a professional band putting out a CD then it matters a lot.

The first tune is called MacLeod's Farewell by Donald Shaw, not the Wedding Reel - that was Lunasa's mistake.
