I use CamStudio, but Hypercam is good too. You have to record it while it's playing in slow motion ("M" key), and then make sure the playback speed is 7 or 8 times faster than the recording speed. I'm not familiar with Hypercam, but it's probably something like:

Record: 4fps

Playback: 32

Experement a bit.

Depends what video editor you are using. With Sony Vegas, you have to either insert a Velocity Envelope, and there is like a green line on the clip that you should be able to move, or a simpler way is to go to track/clip/video properties and change it from there.

If you have WMM, then you have to insert the speed up/double effect, and do that again if you want to go four times faster instead of two.

Or, you can just record the track at twice the speed, which is much simpler.

Yeah, Windows Movie Maker works fine, for this video I used Sony Vegas 8 Pro, but I recomend movie maker if you just want to put music, because it is simple and easy to use. :)
