@tommlia No joke intended. The alligator was in ONE episode of the old cartoon series. I guess he was so endearing to the toymakers that he earned his own "action figure!" I personally would have made a figure of one of the female fans.

If you can crop out elements of the picture, take out the hands and save them as a seperate file. Then put them over the hands (on the guitar) in a different pose, and save.

When you put the frames together, you should have an animation.

I think it's great they included an Alligator with the Boxed Set. That way they have a pet to fight off the Four-Headed Bulldogs. If a female fan were included, the dolls would either be exhausted from running form her, or they would all be fighting over who would "get" her in the end.
