It is great to use nutrition and supplementation to assist us in ridding ourselves of health issues but in my opinion to often we focus on only one nutrient when we should try to make sure we get general superior nutrition - which may require supplementation. Then focus on the one or more nutrients we need to bump up to address those specific issues. Supplemental Liquid Nutrition is best as our bodies must first liquify what we take in.

i love glutamine no one believes me how well it works, ive learned this form weight lifting, i realize going to class after lifting i would feel great and be able to learn, i realize the glutamine helped me focus and it made me feel great in so many ways.
