The cover was also featured on the 1999 charity compilation album, No Boundaries: A Benefit for the Kosovar Refugees. The song helped earn around 10 million dollars for Kosovo relief

@joeladobes Thats great, but the bottom line is they still murdered the song with their awful heavy metal voices. It is popular now and back in the 90s because that is what kids listen to, heavy metal and rap. I commend them for atleast helping with the Kosovo relief. Even hippies do a lot of good work, but spoil everything else due to their PCness and liberalism.

Más bien te recomiendo que escuches el disco "Cafe Inkaterra" de Miky Gonzales. Del disco escucha Tusuy Puquio, Fiesta de la abundancia, Lágrimas de Madre, Munaq El amante. Es música del Perú y chill out, con el trasfondo de Machu Picchu. Te va a gustar. Is good music :)

This song was based on a true story of 5 kids driving a car in Georgia from a military college in December 1962 colliding with a trailer truck. Three of the teenagers were killed at the scene and the two others were seriously injured.

Wayn Cochran, an R&B artist penned a song about the tragedy drawing upon other accidents he seen on that stretch of highway.

He dedicated the song to the memory of Jeanette Clark, one of the victims and called it Last kiss.
