  • if you could find out the torque of that engine, it would be greatly appriciated. we have an oliver 1650 with a 310 wakesha. but there is no infromation to be found that i know of performance wise on these engines.

  • how much torque?

  • @DetroitDieselguy671 Not sure... it takes some time to reset the dyno to check torque as oppsed to horsepower.

  • I have a 1950T that was Cockshutt red but has Oliver decals. I painted it back to green. The turbo was taken off before I got it. Seems to run good. Still dyno's out around 100 hp. The Waukeshaws run very smooth. Mine has a bark to it when you work it. I love their tone.

  • I've got this same tractor except mine is the Oliver 1950-T version. They are a beast!

  • How many horses did it put out?

  • 110

  • why no detriot

  • Our Cockshutts and Olivers here in Canada mostly used the Waukeshaw engines. I do like the Detroits though!

  • 1900t/1950t has the waukeshas. No T had detroits i believe.

  • @ihfan29 1950-T's were Waukesha's...... 1950's were Detroit....

  • Nice Cockshutt!

  • a buddy of mine has a cockshutt 1950 regular similar to this one with the gm detroit in it and its loud as hell it sounds like a freight train going by at 16 or 17 mph lol

  • Cool cockshutt sounds great too
