cant get this by doing these lame pull ups on the rings all day, you sure need some type of extra weight on you otherwise you would normally get no size.
@rebelwithoutacause05 Well the point is they dont do normal pull ups all day but do these harder types of pull ups where they keep their body in a hook for instance.

But STILL I stand by my opinion that you wont get so big muscles by doing the same easy pull ups all day because when I look at people from my climbing hall all I see is these skinny as guys doing one armed pull ups :P. Or is this just how you are build?
@stoyashot Yeah sorry should have read your comment better. Gymnasts use leverage to make the exercises harder, which is why they get hooodge. Standard pull-ups and push-ups should still get ya pretty big but yeah like ya said genetics if going to come into play a lot as with anything exercise related. If Ectomorph, just take roids and train like an Olympian :)
that fucker is tank as. question did he do it without weights, steroids and supplements?. because i dont like weights i only do bodyweight exercises and plyometrics

@stoyashot you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. take a look at how gymnasts train. they only use body weight exercises.
