    SPRINGTIME FOR PLUTO (1944)

  • Flowers and Trees was the first colour cartoon.

  • Oh yeah. That's a good cartoon. I read the history about that cartoon about being the first Silly Symphony cartoon in color. Thanks buddy. :)

  • Coincidentally, IMO, the backgrounds in "Springtime for Pluto" look a little Song of the South-ish.

  • Oh yeah. I looked at the backgrounds and it does look like a little Song of the South-ish cause of the trees and stuff. Thanks for the comment :) :) :)

  • With all the numerous entertainment produced recently (i.e. books, cartoons, drama, music), the companies today have become so concerned with earning profits and outdoing each other that they actually forget what was really important in entertainment.

  • Maybe it was because I was a child during the 80s, but I get really nostalgic when I hear or see the things that have shaped my childhood. At times like this, I feel both young AND old. The fact that so many still remember these old Disney songs is a testament to how much the Disney franchise has shaped people worldwide.

  • When were these first on? Cause I kind of remember them.

  • I first started watching them around 1989 (?). A lot of them were made in 1984, so maybe they aired earlier and I didn't see them.

  • @janusandjachy this is way before disneyland fun

  • I misssssssss this so much.

    Cartoons suck today.

    This is classic.

  • Amen to that!
