O my gosh I love cats so much! (I know my name doesn't show it lol but that was before I saw the musical) it inspired me to become a better dancer and sadly all of my friends make fun of me for dancing :-( I've memorized the dance steps to almost every song (can't do them all yet :-p)

Ps. I'm trying to learn how to do a highkick and splits I've been doing stretches and strength excersizes forever and I still can't do it any advice?

@horseanddoglover777 I really dont have any advice on that. I used to be pretty good at split jumps (both sides and middle) but since I stopped doing gymnastics (never took dance sadly) my acrobatic ability has since then gone. I taught myself most of what I know, so honestly its just practice practice practice! Determination and patience will get you there just keep trying :) dont push yourself to had though, you can cause perminante muscle damage from strains and such.

@horseanddoglover777 i know u can probably do it already since it was a long time ago since you posted this, but i am a dancer and the trick is to do the splits everyday and push yourself farther each day but dont do it all at the same time! I injured myself that way and i was out of the musical for a few weeks!!!! it is better to do it on a wood surface like the stages at least thats how i was taught! But also do it standing up like against something that u can put ur foot against and stretch!!

@EmmaLoves2Dance I've never done dance lessons, it's always been me just watching and copying dances I've seen. I guess I started trying to dance 6 years before this dance was done. I actually stopped dancing for half a year before deciding to try and do dance again. After this was done I stopped competely.

That was really goog, do you take lessons? I do and I also teach, just a few pointers for if you do it again and don't think I'm being mean cos I'm really not, point your toes it looks a gazzilion times better than flappy feet, I'm always telling the kinds that, work on your core strength, your just a tad wobbly and try and keep the energy up, you could tell you were getting tired towards the end, but well done great job!

And because of that people don't bother trying to get me worked up. If you're not a strong person who can be proud of what you love and take negative feedback... well honestly it might not be the right thing to do. But do whatever seems right to you :)
