Pika should be moved to Mid Tier, imo. The only thing really bad about him is low range, and more-than-average lag on some finishers. He has the speed, comboing ability, power, recovery, mindgames built into his recovery... He's just too good for Low Tier, imo.

other than anything that set ups into a thunder flip, this works if the Samus doesn't crouch cancel or if you pop it up in the air somehow. nair-nair-usmash-thunder, or uair-ftilt-dair-edgeguard.
