Oh hey! Have you considered the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my buddy shed crazy amounts of weight.
But as I asked in another post can you go through the full workout for the full amount of time that?? That way we can follow along at home and not have to pause every few seconds... do that I would probably watch a few of your vids everyday and follow along as my workout... it would be great motivation to have a "trainer" right infront of you pushing you.. your workouts are great and very smart!!
After many years of working out I really think these conditioning style workouts are the only way to actually get inshape, other wise just lifting and trying to go as "heavy" as you can you just get super bulky and not so atheletic looking..

Cardio doesn't need to be so complex lol I mean you can do this stuff to get some variation in your cardio but simply jogging for more than 20 minutes will suffice. If your goal is to burn the fat off it takes more than just cardio to speed your metabolism. Your eating patterns combined with cardio have a sort of "compounding interest" effect on it's speed. Thats what most bodybuilders to to burn fat naturally anyway. just google "your fit assist maniac" cuz it explains some techniques they use

i did this - the medicine ball because i do not have one in my dad's home gym and i did it and I'm 14 you guys are letting yourself go. itsall ball busting workout and i think i might use it because I am not suppose to do use free weights or anything because i don't want to stunt my growth
Hi Jeff, I'd just like to say that I find your videos great! Recently, I tried running while holding a 3-5 pound weight in my hand some days (10 -15 minute bursts usually), so I could get the "explosive" power when I ran regularly. Would this workout also help me build muscle and lose those stubborn last 10 pounds? And how often should I do it so my body doesn't get "used" to it?

Im about 5.8" and around 126 lbs...I want to know if I have to do anything EXTRA to get a bigger body, since I don't have a bulkier body to sculpt. I don't have the weight to really turn into muscle, will these exercises still work or will I just be burning precious calories I need to really bulk up. Please Help!
Did this routine for 5 rounds, with 1 minute rest, total 45 mins and WHEW! its a great start up for the day -- in the afternoons I can focus on strength training... but this one is great cuz it's quick, it's intense and it does feel great AFTER I'm done... during, it's HELL -- which is GREAT!

@FogLight2 It's not necessarily no good, you can just burn the same amount of fat doing less cardio (therefore wasting less time) at a more intensive rate.
A lot of people say you'll burn muscle if you do long-cardio, which is why you find marathon runners are quite gaunt looking, but really unless you're continuously running marathons and ironmans then you can burn fat doing long cardio if you prefer it.
I've read that short intense workouts burn glycogen and not fat while your heart rate is really high... so I'm still kind of confused as to how to burn fat most effectively. What do you think?

Hey Jeff, was wondering if you could make a video regarding bodyweight HIIT exercises, i personally dont have a treadmill at home and the weather really doesnt encourage outdoor training, so is there any advice you could share on that :) Can i use workouts that are similar to what you did in the video?

@abbass92 why dont you think he takes supplements? he lifts and works out other than this. he does this conditioning workout multiple times in the same day too. once you get the body you want its just maintanence, so its not as hard.

Workouts like these are best performed as an adjunct to your strength training workouts and should be done 2-3 times a week! Glad you like them...your body will too when you get locked in to AthLEAN Burst Conditioning!

@hardo4u2do First of all, Bruce Lee had awesome genes, but he wasn't near 4% fat. He was around the same fat percentage as Jeff here, which is about 8% in my opinion. .
bruce lee had 3.5 to 4% body fat.....jeff here has the 6 mark. Have you not seen pictures of bruce lee topless?? You can see every muscle on his body.

Hey Jeff. Do you know any cool workouts for Tennis players? I know you're probably thinking that Tennis is kind of a weak man's sport compared to Football or Hockey but believe it or not it's actually really tough on the body and joints.
@honestyize , Tennis is definitely not a weak mans sport!! Tonnes of cardio and arm/shoulder endurance involved. Just because you're not slamming into someone every ten seconds doesn't mean you're not an athlete!!
@JohnnyQuest8888 i agree. tennis is all about endurance. the best players in the world are the ones who can play just as well after 3 hours as they can during the first 5 minutes of a match.
Hi Jeff, What would you recommend for beginners? I am about 20 lbs over my weight I would like to be at, I'm 6'2 at 214 lbs. I want to lose weight as fast as I can, so just wondering. I am putting together my meal, I know more about meals and food and all that than I do muscles. I don't know how much I can work muscles, or how many days I should take off, or what.
hey man, a tip that might help you would be that if you are eating right and exercising regulary doing these kind of workouts then the weight should fall off, rest time between sets or rounds should be a max of 2 mins, perhaps if you are going to do weights do a lot of high rep training instead of low bulk training, hope this helps

Hey Jeff, great workout ! One question ? Is this work out what i do in between my strength training ? I do not add anything else...? Not that this won't be very hard to do...I just mean...i do this workout and then i am done for that day...?

Hey Jeff, was wondering if you could make a video regarding bodyweight HIIT exercises, i personally dont have a treadmill at home and the weather really doesnt encourage outdoor training, so is there any advice you could share on that :) Can i use workouts that are similar to what you did in the video?
P.S The video is fantastic, I will personally try it in a few hours :D

@abbass92 why dont you think he takes supplements? he lifts and works out other than this. he does this conditioning workout multiple times in the same day too. once you get the body you want its just maintanence, so its not as hard.

hi ive been training 2 yrs now and i still weigh da same from wen i first started ,am a lot stronger now , am 40ys old n i weigh 16st i eat as clean as possiable no fryed food no sweets or cakes, drink protein every day am 5'6" tall my body fat is bout %18 but i cant bring it down , i want to lose bout 1st ,so i gonna keep training but iam gonna quit eatting food just drink water to lose the weight am so feed up can u help me plz thank u

Workouts like these are best performed as an adjunct to your strength training workouts and should be done 2-3 times a week! Glad you like them...your body will too when you get locked in to AthLEAN Burst Conditioning!

@JDCav24 Hey Jeff, this is the sport I play in Ireland is Gaelic Football. Its a mix of soccer, rugby and basketball.I run 4 miles twice a week. Do I need to keep up prolonged running for the stamina needed to run for 70 minutes? Gaelic football is a 15 a side sport played on a field much wider and longer than a soccer field. I do a lot of your training, especially the medicine ball workout, but I still do my running. Should I keep doing what am doing, two 4 mile runs a week plus your workouts.

Hey Jeff, Great Workout! How many fat bruning workouts such as this one can you perform a week without overtraining? I'm currently lifting 3-4 times a week. My workouts are intense! I feel these type of workouts are great substitutes to sprinting, becuase they burn fat and perserve muscle. How many of these workouts would you recommend me to perform with my current workout schedule? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated!

@epicsamp95 More between 7/9. 4% is bodybuilding competition levels, and are dangerous to maintain for long periods.

@hardo4u2do First of all, Bruce Lee had awesome genes, but he wasn't near 4% fat. He was around the same fat percentage as Jeff here, which is about 8% in my opinion. .

bruce lee had 3.5 to 4% body fat.....jeff here has the 6 mark. Have you not seen pictures of bruce lee topless?? You can see every muscle on his body.

hey Jeff I got a quick question. when you are doing the second line drill (the one with the quick hands) To make it harder could you place a db or a kb in the middle of the line so that your hands must go over it? p.s workout looks hectic, i must give it go, good job

Hey Jeff. Do you know any cool workouts for Tennis players? I know you're probably thinking that Tennis is kind of a weak man's sport compared to Football or Hockey but believe it or not it's actually really tough on the body and joints.

@honestyize , Tennis is definitely not a weak mans sport!! Tonnes of cardio and arm/shoulder endurance involved. Just because you're not slamming into someone every ten seconds doesn't mean you're not an athlete!!

Hi Jeff, What would you recommend for beginners? I am about 20 lbs over my weight I would like to be at, I'm 6'2 at 214 lbs. I want to lose weight as fast as I can, so just wondering. I am putting together my meal, I know more about meals and food and all that than I do muscles. I don't know how much I can work muscles, or how many days I should take off, or what.

hey man, a tip that might help you would be that if you are eating right and exercising regulary doing these kind of workouts then the weight should fall off, rest time between sets or rounds should be a max of 2 mins, perhaps if you are going to do weights do a lot of high rep training instead of low bulk training, hope this helps
