John Galliano is my favorite designer when it comes to womens clothing! What he makes for us women is soo incredible, beautiful and inspirating. But to be honest, his mens clothing look like crap. xD

It's interesting that his men's shows have become so raw and responsive to the darkness of the times, and the women's collections drift further and further away from the present moment into extreme fantasy. Maybe there's less commercial constraints on the men's.

ok heres the thing. thiers designers like dolce and gabbana and missoni that when they get inspiration, they end up with shallow answers such as summer, sexy, beach. And thiers profound designers such as John Galliano and Alexander Mcqueen whom have a deeper perception of inspiration that they go around the subjects of the rejency period, militarism and salem witch hunting so i dont think we can just sum it up by saying "its Just galliano".
