Unni Menon is wrong..Shri Pukazhenthi's actual name is not Appukkuttan Nair but T.K.Velappan Nair..A unheraleded son of TVM who proved quality not quantity is the essence of life..

His compositions like "Apaara sundara Neelakasham..,Gopura Mukalil..,Marana devan oru varam..,Lokam Muzhuvan sukham pakranayi..,Gopura Kili Vathilil..,Mambazha koottathil" are amongst the best in Malayalam cine songs.
