  • dracula, the blind vampire

  • Wow. I've heard many bad versions of B T, but this one in bad. Sorry if you don't like my opinion.

  • Bloody Tears is a timeless classic. And one of my top favorite Castlevania tunes.

  • dracula always gets killed by the Belmonts

  • As far as I know, this is the first rendition of Bloody Tears. Haunted Castle was still in post-production when the staff from CastleVania II decided to include this song in the famicom/nes game, so we heard the console version first.

But only in Haunted Castle you can see why is it called Bloody Tears (I believe in a portable Castlevania game, you can see that portrait too).

  • @gjeldrez In Simon's Quest you can see why it's called Bloody Tears; Carmilla Cries Bloody Tears from her eyes. The mask of course. And if anyone wants to know how I know the bosses name is Carmilla, one of the tablets in the game reads "Find Dracula's Evil Knife to Blind Carmilla's vision." I love Simon's Quest :P

  • even though i despised Haunted Castle for its unforgiving difficulty, getting to stage 3 for this tune was worth the effort. nice job on adding the alternate reality tune

  • Alternate reality? This forms part of Castlevania!

  • @ShinOnigashima There is a part in the stage where you warp and fight 3 harpies...its the alternate reality part...

  • @figment1988 Yeah, such a shame the American version of the arcade cabient upped the difficulty so dramatically just to get a few more quarters.

  • This is probably the best version of Bloody Tears ever! Go original music! :D

  • woohoo-the original arcade version
