  • Thermite cuts steel like a hot knife through butter. Jonathan Cole devised ways to cut beams vertically, cut columns horizontally, cut off bolt heads, and cut 3/4 of the way through a hollow box column with charges placed on the inside. See my video:

    Incendiary Experiments

  • Its funny cause there have been numerous examples with a bucket off thermite melting right trough the hood off a car and the engine..Furthermore..Iff thermite could not melt steal or damage it like official claim, with a 170 pounds laid around a steal beam, wich was left undamaged..How the (/&%(/&%(hell did the fire do the job then...It couldnt have in a million freaking years..Debunkers are just lamers

  • @TheoriginalGrumphy

So according to you, steel isn't malleable?

  • how many grams was it?

  • Cool, to simulate a WTC core column, you just have to load EIGHT of those 1/2 steel plates in a row, and turn the surface up to 90 degrees. The core columns were VERTICAL, Remember? Then you have to figure out that Heat doesn't transfer SIDEWAYS very well. LOL, BIG FAIL there, fella.

  • Dark blue font on a dark background? Really? 1/2 what, exactly? 1/2 tissue, 1/2 faux steel? No, but seriously; Great vid. My eyes totally didn't roll when I typed that, either. Ok, I lied.

  • Is IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A SPRAY ON THERMITE???IF ITR WAS LIKE THE MUK I SPREAD ON MY DRIVEWAY ---is it possible??? A substance that similar to Automobile Under coat but goes obviously reactive ????

  • Yes, it is possible.

  • @mthai66 Thank you found that out and now alot of people are very curious may not have cut beams but super Reinforces my OPINION soften the beams for Linear charges..those huge columns so big and thick soften and cut yes Let somebody test that.(.it may work)!!!! Soften Steel beams and then cut them with Shaped charges!!!

  • The invesntors of nano-thermite describe a process wherein the thermite could be made in a form exactly like aerosol paint.

I'm not sure what effect that would have on a core column, but 400+ degrees is likely to do a lot.

Here's hoping the CIA doesn't use it to pain our cars ;)

  • @mthai66 Have to be moe like Road Tar or Drive way sealant --to be plastered on columns and let dry...also have to have no smell to it or employees would have detected in building...unless they put it on vacant floor??

  • What difference would it make if people detected a smell to go along with the dust, sounds of heavy equiptment, power downs, evacuation drills, etc?

  • @mthai66 Good God ever pave a driveway --or use any form of setting Petroleum chemical ---Man just paint alone smells...it would be detected very very strong odor any adhesive ie even tons of spray paint thermite would be noticed...Odorless adhesive more possible!

  • I didn't say it *was* paint, only that it had the same viscosity as paint and could be sprayed on by the same equiptment.

  • @mthai66 Thanks got it...

  • @mthai66 I accidentally thumbed down ur comment. I mean thumb up. got antsy.

  • @deltaalpha21074 thermite is odorless. it's Aluminium and iron oxide, there is nothing to make a smell.

  • @lucasrenitif Yeah sure get some sparklers and take a deep wiff after they burn out ---always smell of OZONE even from metal ...

  • @deltaalpha21074 yeah, and in an office... nothing smells like ozone? oh but on the contrary, offices are full of ozone

also, after it would burn people wouldn't really care for the smell, burning rubber , paper and flesh is a lot more noticeable scent.

  • @deltaalpha21074 Yes, it is 100% possible

  • @SmokinTime420 yes thanks watched special this morning 9/11/2010 9 years later today Saturday and there were 47 columns in center and NOW today as clear as it was 9 years ago now I know exactly why why they did that day clear as I could see and that was NECESSARY TO FLY REMOTE CONTROL PLANES into WTC 1 and 2 and The Pentagon perfect day to hit ...

  • not really

  • can't u all just move on and realise bush was a monster and you voted him in and you payed for all his wishes to come tru. he is gone and you should 4get and move on. anything wrong in this world bush and ultimately america was behind it.

  • But he was our monster ... now we got some Indonesian muslim guy ... :(

  • lolz he isn't muslim with ur arogance

  • ignorant statement

  • yes really , obama is a muslim he admitted it himself so i say who cares he sucks as president and he wont accomplish anything but making the nation worse off

  • WTC 7 was ordered to be delmolished by the guy who owned it becuase he wouldn't be able to collect insurence if all his buildings were left standing so he ordered it gone

  • Stupid conspiracy theorists.

Don't you have a column to write on Sasquatch?

  • at least show us the aftermath.

  • YES everybody tomorrow morning I shall burn nice and super hot fire on The Model WTC column

all day and into night 12/31/2008. I will even add something special pure O2 and you will see it does not buckle. Then 1/1/2009 Thermite

  • could you do it with a much thicker piece of steel?

  • Is there a difference when you use Fe2O3 or FeO2?

  • Fe02 Is going to give you a much weaker reaction and because of lower Oxy content. The consistency of molten metal will be very thick causing Rapid cooling thus making your reaction pointless.

  • Oh, OK. Much appreciated, thanks.

  • Oh, hehe all wrong, there is no FeO2 but if there was something like that, it would contain more Oxygen.

There ist also Fe3O4, the black one, that is used for welding, that will give lower temps but more iron. It depends on the goal. Railway-Welding is done by Fe3O4-Thermite with extra granulated iron to give much molten Metal and lower temps. No Idea, what Cuttingcharges use in detail, but it is something like Fe2O3-based Thermite with additives like sulfur.

  • @travshouse I was thinking of getting Fe3O4, do you think it'll work with aluminium?

  • @travshouse and the fact Fe (II ) is much less active while Fe (III) is actually a very powerful oxidizing agent... yeah, not much use of thermite with Fe(II)

oxygen content is actually higher in FeO2 but there is no such thing as FeO2

    there are FeO

    Fe2O3

Fe3O4 which is a mixture of the two upper where neither can e obtained in free form.

    and that's it.

so i safely assumed the comment was about Fe(II) oxide

  • zetareticul4: No it didn't. Care to lose the debate regarding the Conspiracy Theory?

  • Building 7 of the WTC was destroyed by thermaATE. ThermATE is a mixture of thermite and sulfur. The thermite reaction heats up the sulfur to a gas or a plasma, which melts steel quickly. Barium nitrate is sometimes added to make the reaction hotter and faster. Thermate does not explode and thus does not make noise like a usual controlled demolition. Google Prof. Steven Jones and Prof. Jonathan Barnett. Both found evidence of thermate use on 9/11. Jones said so; Barnett drew no conclusions.

  • "Building 7 of the WTC was destroyed by thermaATE. ThermATE is a mixture of thermite and sulfur."

Building seven was destroyed by having chunks of sky scraper land on it and having unfought fires burning in it for hours.

"Google Prof. Steven Jones and Prof. Jonathan Barnett. Both found evidence of thermate use on 9/11."

No, they found evidence of sulfur, iron and aluminium. All abundantly common materials and not the least bit indicative of anything.

  • absolutly right finaly SOMEONE not beeing retard around here! sulfur is gypsum - sheetrock aluminium is light metal and steel is almost only made out off iron these "professors" (i wonder what profession that is) are: a) stupid b) wana be famous c) wana get rich that way or maybe a mixture or a), b) and c) in any chase, i think there are assholes wheres all the Al2O3 anyway u conspiracy guys?
  • what are you talking about?

  • Thank you soylentgreenb. You at least sound like you are educated, as opposed to dic, I mean Richard here who sounds like he's watched a little too much Fahrenheit 911.

  • Also found Potassium likely from Potassium permanganate (strong oxidizer). Sulfur acts as a eutectic to lower melting point of Iron NEVER found in structural steel. The world knows 911 inside job only the brain dead an paid shills bad mouthing the evidence. read US patent 5698812 and related.

  • thermite is legal to own and use (granted arson isn't involved. . .)

  • Its FE rust and AL powder. Good luck regulating that one.

  • no it is not illegal constrution uses it

  • good mix!
