The argument which the panel put forward was contructive and challenging & utmost respect. Clarence that BOY is an insult to black people and working class citizens. However, I disagree with you depiction of Justice as some bench dancing, grinning, step n fetch it character. You can be critical of Justice Thomas without going there. I will say that Justice Thomas in many ways is hypocritical, wrong and just dead, damn backward on many issues and given his opinions and past rulings, seems to be antithetical to the best of black progress...

@smokeyvelvet42 .. And in the tradition of Justice Thurgood Marshall, Clarence Thomas falls way short and is in fact the polar opposite of Justice Marshall. Of course, that's not surprising. That's the reason why he was nominated by Pres. Bush 41 anyway. The nomination of Justice Thomas was an insult and a slap in the face to Justice Marshall and all that he did during his life as a lawyer and what he did during his year on the Supreme court if we're honest here.

They have the right to their opinions as Justice Thomas and applaud them for calling out the inconsistencies and hypocrisies within Justice Thomas, what he said during that 60 Minutes special and the overall weak interview by Steve Croft which made Thomas looks like a victim who hasn't said anything questionable ever. It's called honest critique, something that wasn't provided during that 60 Minute special of Thomas

@paulpaid - As much as I disagree with Justice Clarence Thomas and as much as I am infuriated by Justice Thomas, I'm not gonna go there and call him a house nigger. Justice Thomas is a hypocrite in regards to affirmative action and just outright backward on so many issues, plus he haunts the black community because conservatives often use him as a way to insult African Americans. However to refer to him as a House Nigger is something I don't agree with.
