i hate the fact the senshi skirts were givin extra poof. why didnt they just use the show costumes instead of making ones just for this (i dont know of they are, but in clips ive seen they look lower in quality then the ones used in the show itself.) well in scenes that arent this anyway, later you can tell theres an extra poofy layer

Those are stunt doubles as it would take too long to coordinate the more timed and intricate dances for the actors and also the time to change before appearing as civilians is just not worth it. My friend worked at this show backstage and got my Ayaka's autograph! Very good work even if they are doubles ^_^

I'm currently in the process of learning the opening dance. Cause me and my friends are planning to perform it as a masquerade skit. It's A LOT of work, especially learning EVERY PART! And some parts are hard to make out cause they either cut it off or it's way too blurry.

Kirari translates roughly as "sparkling" and was drawn from the PGSM theme song, Kirari*SailorDream. So the domain means something to the effect of Sparkling Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.

Another way you can tell it isn't the girls- The one showing as 'Venus' is WAY too tall next to the one playing 'Rei'- Ayaka and Keiko are similar in height in real life, and you clearly see that 'Venus' shown dancing is taller than 'Rei' as she is dancing- by a LOT!

Nope, its not them. Notice how when they shoot the opening dance sequence up close, it's blurred slightly so you can't see the performers faces which would be odd to to if it was indeed the real actresses. Also the next scene features all five in their other costumes within a matter of seconds. Either that was the fastest quick change of all time or it was different performers in the beginning, which makes the most sense

Because these are fansubs. Fansubs are subtitled by fans with varying degrees of knowledge of Japanese and with differing opinions on what things are meant when they are said in the original content.

For those shows and such not released to other areas with subtitles/dubs in their own language, fansubs tend to be the main means for people to watch the content and have some idea as to what is being said.

No fansub is perfect, but then again, no actual translation is perfect, either.

'Official' subs, as I call them often are FAR from what they're really saying. They tend to change the cultural words around to make it more 'Americanized', and you usually won't see the suffix at the end of names.
