Anderson is one of the most overrated Middleweights, he should be honest and fight LHW or HW. He's the same size as Antonio Noguiera. Look at his past UFC fights all Middleweights and only two or three true LHW's in there. Ridiculous.

I am not saying he was necessarily faster and technically better striker, no, I just remember him not being rocked at any point yet Silva threw some serious shots directly at his chin, yet when its other way around Silva looked hurt from time to time.

@BringthePain1000 I wouldn't say so. IMO Nog actually has a pretty serious KO power(look at Nog's last 2 fights), but he doesn't have speed, he doesn't switch his body and legs very quickly, probably because he believes that it works better for him

At the end of the day I always believed that technique as a STYLE is almost an illusion, and that just a pure physical technique(such as positioning joints the right way and relaxing and stiffening muscles at right times) counts and makes difference.
