Today i can do 10, not much, but for a girl who has never done a push up in her life and losing 60lbs that aint bad at all. (still have 30lbs more to go)

Women naturally have smaller muscles so push-ups like that are just as tiring and strenuous. Women are far better at other things like flexibility and precision.
