  • @2bmechick I take 2 Advil after I do my workout. My thighs are basically 90% muscle, and they KILL! The 2 advil help a lot.

  • @pinoybreaker23 you really probably shouldn't. second off forearms get worked in tons of other upper body exercises. you probably won't be able to give it your all in this workout if you have a complete workout before this.

  • @dennisjesu Maybe she's a newbie. Before i could do a push up i had to do "girl" push ups like her, bench press, planks and chest to floor push ups. Today i can do 10, not much, but for a girl who has never done a push up in her life and losing 60lbs that aint bad at all. (still have 30lbs more to go)

  • @bigassprick It's not sexism. Men and women are very different physically and mentally and nothing will change that. Women naturally have smaller muscles so push-ups like that are just as tiring and strenuous. Women are far better at other things like flexibility and precision. But in terms of strength, men are superior.
