I flipped in a corolla. Not an suv. And I was doing 35 mph when it happened. Not even a flat tire. What happened? I got clipped by another CAR not an suv. The car barely hit my front bumper as it changed lanes and as soon as my CAR skidded sideways, it flipped over 1 1/4 times.
People assume suvs are these horrible handling beasts on the road and seem to
lawl ford explorer are so dangerous to drive. They can tip very easily even with a flat tire. I was gona get one to trade from my town car and my insurance rate would go up from $143 to $286 so thats a no.
@xXwhygodwhyXx That's odd. You must be young then because I drive an Expedition and even with the big V8 and 4x4, my insurance is $72 per month.
As for being easy to tip, even cars can be fliped during emergency lane changes....I know, I rolled a toyota corolla liftback. SUVs (Well designed ones) don't tip as easy as people assume because duh, when you go offroad, you have to navigate sloped surfaces.
@IronChefSpam dude two months ago i was driving with my friend in his explorer and his tire popped and the car FLIPPED OVER, we where only going 40mph

With lead battery's you could go about 40 miles and with lithium battery's 60-70 miles. Cost for 1/4 ton about $12000.00
