Basfoo you do not turn a tin upside down and pour it directly into a glass, learn the guinness 2 part pour and u will understand.

If you actually look, the direct pour on the far right created a superior head to the middle's pour. Anyways RIGHT ON THE BOX of the 8 pack - Guinness says to pour DIRECTLY and IMMEDIATELY.
