He or she is a pretty bird for sure. He's a smart bird too. he'll get close but once he notices you, he keeps a sharp eye on you

I live in NE Ohio & I always hear these owls hooting. I was finally able to see one this morning (4:00 am) in my yard. He was beautiful!

owls are awesome, great eye sight for seeing prey high in the air and at night and great sense of hearing, very cool. I think they look kinda cuuute ^^

Nice owl. Owls have incredible good eyes so they can see fishes and other things in far distance.

It's a boardwalk at a nature center. There is a pair of Barred Owls that nest and hang out there. They don't seem to be too worried about the two legged visitors!
