Battle Street is almost the same game but with some different skins for the old cast and some enemies and bosses, a new set of main characters and bosses, different storyline, here and there some reworking of the stages where they are a bit different assembled and linked. I think why Battle Street got low ratings was because it's an 1999 game, released in 2004. It's def not a bad game, but a bit dated by then. I also feel Battle Street has some input delay. That's why I prefer the DBO or FE.

you can do that in three way.

1) Remove vga monitor and replace it with another 29'' monitor standard and med res.

2) Buy a tri-synch chassis for your monitor and swap it.

3) Buy an upscan converter EGA/CGA to VGA like XRGB-2
