  • Dear Frijleror Hi, its becuase in a number of countries such as the Uk you are not allowed to do drive with a mobile in your hand or a dog on your lap. Both hands are to be on the wheel unless signalling. This lady has neither hand on the wheel and is therfore if caught woudl probably be heading to jail. many people die in traffic accidents on the road because of such poor driving. Hope that helps
