I don't think they can either but I still think it's wrong to fire someone because of it. If a school fires someone for having a sex-change, doesn't that just teach the students that it's wrong? In fact, it almost teaches students to discriminate against people different from themselves. Still though, I can understand how some people would feel uncomfortable around someone who's had a sex-change.
