@Thad1216 Jacob saw God in the form of an angel. God is a Spirit and can take on many forms but it seems His radiance cannot be looked upon directly without some form of veiling. John saw God as well in vision but to look at Him in our earthly state face to face without a veil seems impossible.

the interesting thing is that this prank wouldn't work on someone, such as me, who knows that the word "rapture," doesn't even appear in the bible! 2nd of all, actually read the bible rather than listening to your pasture and you'll find that those living a righteous enough life will be the ones to be left on the earth at Christ's 2nd coming, not the other way around. Satan and his followers will be bound for a thousand years for the millennium, when Christ shall reign on earth.

@jazzhepcat dont be anal, rapture is the term we use to describe that event. 2ndly, so you dont believe there will be a rapture at all? yes i do believe satan and his followers will be bound for a 1000 years, then released for one last time. but i believe the rapture occurs after the great tribulation. there is a book that can put together my view better than i can lol its written by Gilbert Cuzdey and is called "The Church Under Seige"
