    I had the same comment as Vena309. I have ordered the DVDs and are arriving tomorrow. I want to know if you ordered and used the chin-up/pull-up bar.

    I am 5'4" and am a little weary about not being able to reach the bar. I know it's a dumb question, but thought I'd ask. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

  • I don't buy ANY junk food or alcohol. I always tell my hunnerzz that I don't want it around the house. But he always brings it home. Arrrrgggg hehee This has been going on for two years now and I cannot get the extra 20 pounds off. I have told him how I feel, but I am not a nag, so...He does not gain weight from any of it! Frustrating. Any tips? What did you tell your sweetie?

  • Try the body for life diet Google body for life they have a great diet plan.

  • when it comes to nutrition i strongly recommend eating tons of fruits and veggies and when you get sweet craving take a bite of power bar or nonfat yogurt! apples are awesome they will fill you up and keep you full, i can go through more then 4 apples a day, apples have become my craving way over ice cream, chocolate, etc, it was hard at first but you learn to reach for them and not unhealthy stuff, also a handful of healthy cereal helps cravings.

  • Hey youre so sweet thanks for the tip the problem i have is i don't know how much of something to eat or in a day how much i consume. i only drink water no sugars and no carbs after 4 that is what i'm doing so far.

  • hey girl i love watching your videos, im actually just starting p90x, i cant say im in bad shape but i could use lots of toning. one thing about me that i can say is that if it werent for my diet i would probably be very overweight because i lack the motivations to hit the gym although i love snowboarding, hiking, running etc.

  • So lean is to lose weight and classic is just to tone?? do they all not help lose weight?? im confused

  • lean is to loose bodyfat and classic is for toning that's why i do both mixed together.

  • lean and classic is what i do as well love it and it works very well.

  • how long have you been on that and how much have you lost. Is it hard to follow by? Are you on p90x too?

  • Weight Watchers Flex Points has been the easiest lifestyle change for me to make. I answered a few questions in the book to find my point value for each day and used the point calculator to figure out what each thing costs. Everything is factored in and it allows me to eat 5-6 times a day, keeps my energy up and the fat burning. I have been on and off with this program for almost 2 years. I am a 3 time graduate of P90X and ready to begin a journey March 2. P90X Plus is great too.

  • do you have the p90x program or just the ab ripper? If you do have the program i just did a mixture of lean which is classic and bodyfat which is Lean. and in 30 days i mainly lost weight and now i can finally do 1 pullup so it does take time and the workouts are about an hour a piece 6 times a week. Tony Horton says not to do the ab ripper x everyday because your body can plateau and not get the right results i hope this helps. If you have anymore ?'s just ask Thanks

  • Hey ive been useing P90X for about a week so with experiance of all the P90X users am trying to get riped fast i got about 25 to 30 lb to lose i got lots of work out formulas and i do ab ripper practicly everyday am trying to get riped in about 2 months perhaps if possible hope to recive some msgs back thx:)
