    Just paid my bill unfortunately. Will be canceling next month !!!!

    I am so frustrated with this company. I would cancel on Monday but after reading some blogs. I am afraid that they may not refund my money. So now I'm stuck with it until next month.

    Very happy to know I am not alone.

  • I so identify with this vidio. I had accounts in two differenct cities for years. When I closed one the rep that I returned my equipment to calculated my refund. Comcast sent escelating bills each month for almost a year. I called each month. It has now been 2 years. Instead of paying me my $85 they now say I owe them $17; better than the $600 they billed at one point. I know I will never see the money they owe me. How much energy can you expend for $85...They they count on this.

  • I thought about signing up for Comcast today. I went on their website and the offered me a package that would eventually cost me $110 a month. Nothing was very specific so I called them. After entering in all the info they wanted I got a busy signal. Then I noticed a pop up on the Comcast page that said I could 'talk' with a representative immediately. I clicked on YES and found I was #104 in queue. 30 minutes later, still busy on the phone and I'm now #89 in queue. Sign up? I think not!

  • Comcast absolutely must die!!!!! They bought out the business from our local telecom and it has been a f**k**g disaster! The first was the promise that we would be notified well in advance when they were going to physically make the change ha ha. 2 guys show up at the house unexpectedly and say they are here to make the changeover. We have been knocked off our mail server for 3 weeks now and I think we've spoken to every service rep in the US (after the galling 45 minute waits) not fixed yet!

  • Why does everyone hate Comcast. My Tv has Comcast's Box and its perfectly AWESOME. I have them for my internet, and its fast as anything. I have them for a phone and I can talk for hours...sure theres liek a comcast cult just screwing with you or your computer sucks or soemthing?

  • I used to work for a call center company called Convergys that has the contract for Comcast customer service and some other Comcast services. Comcast is so disorganized the left hand doest know what the right is doing. All I can say is burn in Hell Comcast and Convergys. I have more respect for those Swastika wearing bastards that ran Germany from '33 to '45 then i do for Comcast or convergys.

They have the worst customer service I've ever seen, and I wish I could go apeshit on them like the awesome Mona Shaw did. That old lady rocks, and what she did to those Comcast shitheads had forever made her my hero.

  • i called comcast 2 weeks ago about a problem with my cable picture and the rep said,"let me transfer you to someone who can help you." she then transfers me to the internet line. I also had an appointment shortly aftwards where nobody even showed up.i rescheduled for a 1-3 time window the following saturday and the guy doesn't show up till 9.2 saturdays in a row wasted waiting for these clowns. Yesterday i found out i'm not getting any picture on my tv.got to wait until monday to get that fixed.

  • I never got perfect service on the phone nor at home.I called them in november to let them know that half the people in our aparment complex were stealing our cable,they didnt come out till january!mean while i got a power surge straight to my modem witch caused my motherboard to fry.they dont want to replace it, then i hate it when we call customer service if they dont know whats going on just hang up and the next rep says im sorry it was probably a wrong connection.COMCAST SUCKS D**K

  • As an active member of my condominium association I tried to get Comcast thrown out as our cable service provider. I was unable to do so this time around. Maybe the next. I will keep trying until I accomplish it. I've never had anything remotely resembling nice, courteous, helpful, service from Comcast in over 15 years at numerous locations. As far as I'm concerned Comcast is an illegal monopoly. =Skipper=

  • I had SAME problems _ phone transfer with Wideopenwest I also could get no one to fix the missing dial tone. I also have a life threatining illness and alarm system that depends on the phone line. FOR ALL. CONTACT THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMISSION FOR YOUR STATE IF YOU WANT ACTION with a problem like it not working. They will help. they govern all these things electric and phone Its on the internet along with a complaint form you e-mail.They called my cell the next day,I was ready for the nut house

    I work for Comcast, I have for a year. and honestly...being on the other end of a lot of those phone calls. (and honestly most of the people i talk to on a daily basis are very reasonable people) but occasionally someone is completely ridiculous...and the things they request are completely impossible..and I think to myself, If only they understood, maybe we could see eye to eye, and then maybe I could actually fix their problem...
