Incredible performance. Marie Agnes and Kader are unbelievable. Now I have a problem. Can't watch classic ballet anymore. Need more of this.

A terrible beauty is born - this is both majestic, beautiful and frightening. I just saw it on tv, where the red was less pronounced, more stark black-and-white. Not sure what it's about but the stern, ritual imagery makes you think of Kurosawa's "Ran", of a looming violent tragedy.
