Hah! Nelly has come out with some amazing stuff, but he's not better than Jay. I don't think they can even be compared. They have two completely different styles. I was surprised Nelly wasn't on that list tho, cause when he was fresh, he was HOT, and his songs dominated the airwaves for a good 3 to 4 years.
