My taste is a little more diverse than you are probably used to, but that doesn't mean that you can write it off as that of a 'poser'. Metallica are animals live, but they've had their best days, and they are commercial to the core. alter bridge, while less heavy, is emotionally pure, and myles has an amazing voice- two qualities metallica lack.
