Clear UI ! :D I would replace the dmg meter with Omen and vice-versa, set some mouseover transparency settings on minimenu and bags.

I would also get a cooldown timing addon like ForteXorcist, kbind everything and get traps in the bottom action bar, disable pitbull buffs on player, get a good buffs addon like satrina buff frames and distinguish long lasting buffs from shorts ones, moving the short ones near to the player frame.
