Alright guys, this video is a bit outdated. We now having HDMI to DVI (or DVI-D). The HDMI cable would plug into the back of your Xbox, and the DVI into your monitor. MOST laptops/desktops come with an HDMI jack built in, however these are _output only_, this is usually the same for the VGA port. This means that you would need an external monitor that supports these things, usually connected to your laptop/desktop through another VGA cable.

why would u get that.. thats tacky u got the wrong cables, all u need is a 3.5 female to RCA Female Y splitter, it will have the white and red female rca so you can just plug in your xbox 360 white and red audio in there, and plug your speakers 3.5 male in to the Y splitters female 3.5 end and there you go. plug the vga into the laptop or led/lcd monitor and ur done!

Hey guys, this is a cheaper and faster way to do it! Buy a vga to hdmi adapter and plug an hdmi cable into the adapter and the xbox and then plug the VGA side of the adapter into the LCD screen. And done!
