Real PAF's START at 6K...so, I really don't recommend them unless you've got serious jack lying around...Try some Tom Holmes pickups or some of the other clones like "skatterbranes"!!!

The only external mic my camera will allow is a powered one. I think this mic does a good job personally.

No, it is washed cherry...but it isn't typical of the finishes Gibson produced in the past...somebody very good was doing the finish this day...this red has a little more blue in it than a typical washed cherry.
