He lived his entire life off of the street, and made just enough money to get food by charging people to laugh at his distorted face. Vagineer never had friends, or any relatives. He is known as living nightmare. At night. Vagineer sat down and stared at the moon. He had no emotions, no feelings all he could do is kill and destroy anything in his path. But the real engineer inside vagineers heart is crying for what he did, and for everything he destroyed. For once vagineer started to feel the emotions that crushed his thoughs and then he shed a tear wich meant an apology to everything he did.
Vagineer's hope was running thin, he probably would never be the one who he used to be, no, he'd just be that same, bloodthirsty monster from now until his dead, he had it all, just to get it thrown away for him after that.. This was the cancer of his life, something that would slowly kill him from the inside, and even though he seemed to be without emotions, from the inside, he was crying and longing for his old self.. Wanting to eat and feast with his own friends.. But friends, he had no more.
Vagineer sat on the cliff, the dead enemy Spy behind him. He knew it was a Spy, though it didn't turn Red, and still resembled his friend Scout. He wondered why the Spy had begged him to remember himself, like Scout, instead of fighting back. Remember how he was, before the end of his life as Engineer, when a Spy pushed him into mutating toxic waste. He knew after that day to never be fooled by a Spy, and had killed all the Spies he found. So why wasn't his team congratulating him?

Instead, and in truth, his face remained like this the night that his parents got sapped and subsequently died. @hkfreak I'm not sure if you're just referencing the tearjerker-ness of the story, but just in case, the title's in Japanese. 手紙 is "tegami", which means Letter. I understand Chinese, and I can totally see how the title could be interpreted in Chinese as "handkerchief" -- as 手(shou) means "hand" and 紙(zhr) means "paper"...
