Sabre, what have you done to work on your arch? In particular, my low back arch is just fine, what I want to work on my ability to arch my upper back, thereby raising my ribcage more, and not just my stomach. Thanks, Steve Winburn
@secuervo Pull the shoulders together, breathe on the way down and expand the chest as much as you possibly can. The stomach arch is ok, but unless you are a belly bencher, it does no good to you. So pull the shoulder blades together, burry your chin into your chest, plant your feet firmly under you with complete soles on the ground, and raise your ass up to completment your arch so that your ass is only lightly touching the bench. Doing so will raise your chest.
I lift on cherry point as well would like to get together for some pointers. I have just started powerlifting.
