Do you have a Schematic diagram of the circuitry? like The screen schematics...I have one where the touch LCD does not light up...I tested the backlight with another inverter and it works..Thinking the Display board where the ribbon cables plug into it may be bad. Called Dual and you'd think I pulled a gun on them!!!..Help!..Thanks

@comingwiththebeats There is a plastic piece broken in the CD mechanism, it's a common problem. I've have 10 or 12 come in with this problem its from forcing the cd in or from a cd with a paper label. Alpine's do this too. It's a lousy design.

i have had this model for like almost 2 years it is a good one but after a while ur volume button wont wont to turn it down and malfuntion but as as long as u dont open it 24/7 and u know what u doing when u install it u should be fine and u put in the code to watch movies while driving
i have a dual xdvd9101 i got it for $300 at wal-mart a few months ago, the only bad thing is you need a switch on the parking break wire to be able to view while in motion. you have to flip the switch off and on a couple of times to get the picture to show up, i wish there was a way around this, but other than that its a pretty nice stereo, mine has the USB female as well as a second AV input in the front, it has the back up cam and ipod support

Despite what you might think, slapping on theh power box won't change anything. Its called you need to get a bigger inverter box that puts out more amps. Wasn't that one song you kept playing Two Unlimited? Interesting DVD function, hate to get in a car wreck watching that thing though. Thanks for sharing

Just connect the brake wire straight to your ground wires and you'll be fine.
