Have to buy the vid or go to workshop. The least expensive approach is by reading the book. That's how I learned. I went to a couple of workshops just to help my confidence but I learned it from the book.

Essentially all you do is breathe in and imagine energy coming from the earth up through your body to the crown of your head, then on the out breath you send that energy down your arms out your hands to the one in need of healing. More details in book of course. For its power, its a steal.:)
