to be honest i wouldn't attempt this unless u have years of experience with small engine mechanics. with such a high end engine it would be wise to bring it into the pros at honda
@quakewarrior1 wow really? theres nothing to it im 15 no joke and can do it with my eyes closed i bet ive rebuilt 150 of these engines in my time working at diy or do it yourself where they rentt out multiple pieces of equipment with this motor on them
Good video but you missed some parts out. How did you remove the valve springs? They are quite dangerous if they come popping out! I think it is great that you are showing people how to do things but be aware that some people think that you have shown every step and will go and try it them selves. Good video though
What grit count lapping compound do you use?

why dont you take the spark plug out , take the rocker cover of get a bent peg bend it to the vavle its about 5 - 10 mins quicker?

you shound torque the head on at 15 ft lb so the head does not warp.

I have the same engine except mine is an ohc honda makes pretty tough engines i can tell you that!

i normaly feed abit of braded pipe onto the stem of the valve and use a drill, much faster

i have honda gx160 too, on my lokari car.. but i think its blowing up :D when i put full throttle, it blows flames out of the exhaust..
