It'll out handle an Enzo. Even the F430 Scuderia does that and this car comes in a track version too, the A10 which spanks pretty much everything Ferrari offers

It's a Blow Off Valve. Used on cars with turbos to keep then from building too much boost pressure by letting out a set amount of air.

You can't compare Ascari to A class vehicles, because it's a B class car in the game. And IMO it's the best B class car you can get in TDU. :)
